Practice Areas
Our firm only handles matters in which we have a great deal of experience. Unlike some law offices, we do not take every case that walks through the door just to make an extra dollar. We believe that good Attorneys, in their practice of the law, should know all aspects of their chosen field so that they can protect their clients' interests to the fullest, and we stick to that philosophy without exception. Attorney Karen Myers handles all Family Law related matters at the firm including Divorce, Alimony, Child Custody, Child Support, Equitable Distribution, Grandparents' Rights, Name Changes, Protection from Abuse and PreNuptial Agreements. Attorney Myers also handles Estate related matters, including Estate Administration, the drafting of Wills, Living Wills and Powers of Attorney, and Guardianships. Attorney Greg Artim handles all of the firm's Civil Matters including vehicle Lemon Law claims, Personal Injury matters, Contracts, Debt Collections, Credit Card defense and Consumer Law. Our office also regularly handles Corporation formations and Real Estate matters such as Deed Preparation.
